Description

This paper making machine is used to produce A-grade high strength fluting paper based on the weight of 90-150g/m² . It is one wire machine and use to produce both high strength fluting peper (fluting paper after sizing press), and fluting paper (without sizing press). During design and production we can leave space for the top wire. So if customer want to produce variety paper types, can easy to add the top wire.

Hydraulic headbox—froudrinier wire—vacuum pick up+four roll three press nips compound press roll—dryer cylinder 49set (arrangement:(1+4/4v)+4/4V+4/4v+9/1v +11/1V+sizing machine+air floating diverter+dryer cylinder 16sets(arrangement: 5/4v+11/1v )—Calender ----- horizontal reeling machine. Dryer section is non-rope paper leading, sizing machine and reeling machine adopts movable rope paper leading device.
